Jeneil Shim-Hue is a trained Visual Artist and Art educator. She is graduate of the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts.
Though she specializes in Ceramics, she explores other art making categories and techniques to represent themes relating to culture, identity and crime.
Miss Shim-Hue’s artworks have been on exhibitions since 2014, and she was a part of the collaboration with the “Bard College” and the “Enda Manley College” Students’ Exhibition.
As an educator, her aim is to present artworks that the viewer can connect with, be informed about, and be appreciative of their own identity, and that of others by acknowledging the differences and similarities.
